"While renting while renting for Mark and his family at the Paradise Bay motel I was asking if I can have my security deposit back he then took it upon himself to call the police department file charges against me with the sheriff's for asking for my security deposit back and at that point my husband's bike was left on the property what you're giving 30 days to pick up and he's supposed to secure instead he let it get stolen or stolen himself and got rid of the bicycle now he won't return calls or nothing"

"Pay me my money that you owe me. I was contacted by Mark Yousef, the owner George Youssef’s son concerning a hole in the ceiling in room number 12. He and I agreed that I would repair the whole and to send him the bill. I responded to the motel at 5 PM on Sunday, June 25, 2023. I repaired the hole, flawlessly, and the owners son informed me that I could not get payment until his father returned from a trip out of the country because he did not have access to his fathers account. I spoke with George Youssef nine days later once he returned, and he informed me that he is not going to pay me due to some air-conditioning issues, which I have nothing to do with. The reason Mark called me on Sunday afternoon when he did was because the tenant Eric in room number 12 refused to make rent payment because the hole had been in the ceiling for quite some time this is very shady bad business and Paradise Bay Motel should pay me my money."

"My boyfriend and I met with the owner George to look at what he said was a 1 bedroom apt for $350 weekly/$1400 monthly utilities included. We look at the place and it was an efficiency. The kitchen had a rv sized stove a full sized bed 2 dressers and a dinette table with 2 chairs. The wall unit was on the back wall behind the fridge. We explained to him that the place were in now is bigger and we are paying $200 less a month. And all of our belongings wouldn't fit in there. We asked if he had anything bigger.His response was that there wasn't going to be anything bigger anytime soon and was pretty rude with us after that."

"I found this place and booked based on the recommendation of my cousin who stayed here before. I believe these new owners must have bought the place recently and they were amazing and super responsive. I did have to call in my reservation well in advance as they do get booked up fast (!!). The space was clean and safe and the location is AMAZING! Near the water and in a super cute and quaint Anna Maria Island, near all the hot beaches, restaurants and malls. I definitely recommend trying to get a room here, they come set up with full kitchens and all. I already booked my next stay! Can't wait!!"

"I followed the rules !!!! First off i am a single mother with a one year old and came to this motel to get away from a domestic violent situation. Me and my baby stayed to ourselves didn't bother anyone. The on site managers were nice and helpful but were allowed to do as the owner told them. While i was there the ac unit exploded and caught fire at 11:30p.m. I was scared to death. I stayed there for 10 days for the amount of $636 and 100.00 of that was a deposit i would get back when i left. There was a burn hole found on the comforter in the room i was staying in and i don't smoke i vape. I felt bad about it so i left a new comforter that was my own and the still kept the deposit and told me i was no longer allowed to come back there. I could go on and one but i left the place in good condition. They find excuses not give your deposit back and as a domestic violent survivor using monies from an agency that 100$ would have helped me and my daughter. They have a no vacancy sign up when several unit are available because they do racial profiling. Sorry so long but this place needs to be known for my comment as well as all the others. I will pray for you ISIS(OWNER)"
