"My room was infested with bed bugs and roaches, When I told the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything about it , No house keeping unless you ask. Breakfast was not good, only good thing about this place was the front desk LADY . We saw 4 bed bugs and 5 roaches!! That’s the only pic I was able to grab. I will never even consider staying here again."

"we were surprised with fees 30 dollars for recieving amazon packages ( 5 dollars each) , and 70 dollars for resort fees for 1 week( although priceline was showing resort fees for every other hotel) they not straight forward and no daily room service you have to ask daily for towels. hot tub is good but pool is ice cold and didn’t see a single person who could use it, the breakfast is very crowded and not enough on friday to sunday but good during weekdays. I would go to a nicer hotel if i knew about the fees they just need to be honest from the behind. apparently we were not allowed the tub in our bathroom , if you fill it the maintenance will show up to say it’s leaking and they can’t fix it."

"Medium clean and presentable. Breakfast buffet was ok, pool was ice cold, room had a slight odor that would certainly turn off the more discriminating guests... but if you need an affordable layover close to the highway or daily shuttle service to Disney, this place is an easy "C+". I would stay here again if I had limited options.... but I have other options, so we are relocating to a close by Holiday Inn with a lower rate and heated pool."

"Hi, 1. BEWARE- they do not do room service even upon asking unless you are staying 4 nights or more. So your sheets are not done every day. 2. The location is near to Disney but the shuttle service is just once in morning and evening. Once the shuttle picks up, it goes farther locations so it’s a waste of time to make it park in morning. Instead they should pick up first from farther locations and then pick up from Best western plus 3. They do not deliver towels to room. You need to go to front desk to pick them up. 4. There is a promotion when we stayed that you get $100 gift card for staying 3 nights. Nobody at front desk knew how to redeem that."

"We stayed here for two nights. We really had a great stay. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast area was very big, clean and cozy. Breakfast was busy on a Saturday morning but there was plenty of hot food. Sausage links, gravy and biscuits as well as scrambled eggs. Eggs and bacon the next day. Pancake maker and OJ plus much more! The pool was nice although it had a lot of leaves in it and the hot tub was dated but clean! Our room was clean . The walls were paper thin and we had some noisy neighbors but I called the front desk and they immediately took care of it. If you want to go to Disney, you really can’t pick a better location for the price. It took about 12 minutes to get to Disney Springs and about 22 minutes to get home from Disney magic kingdom with the traffic at Disney. It’s as close to “around the corner” that we were looking for. If I had one complaint, it would be that the two double room was a little small with our luggage. we had three suitcases and a toddler, so it was cramped, but you don’t come to Kissimmee to hang out in the hotel room. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, and it is worth the risk for the price that you pay ."
