"took our money, 1 1/2 years later nothing, then we get a letter saying we need all new medical exams for 600.00, now wont talk to us on the phone about case unless we come in and pay a 25.00 fee! very rude staff as well, stay away from here!!!!!!"
"BEWARE! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They've been working on our case for over 7 years and have absolutely accomplished nothing! All they do is pocket the money of clients without doing the work! Takes them 8 months to just put together a simple letter, beyond LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL! They won't return calls or honor appointments that were made, despite knowing the client had to take off an entire day of work to get to the appointment! In addition, they are rude on the phone and VERY UNORGANIZED! Every 6 months they'll tell you the case will be complete in 4-6 months, this has been going on for over 7 years!! Unacceptable!"
