"Fast service and good prices"

"I visited this store today and bought a wrong bottle. I came back about 30 minutes later and asked to exchange it and i would pay the difference on the correct bottle. The lady at the counter explained that she wasn't allowed to do exchanges without the owner being present as she doesn't know how. Unfortunately the owner was not there and I was asked to come back tomorrow when he is in order to do the exchange. I then asked to return the bottle and she told me same for returns. I find it very inconvenient to have customers jump through hoops to simply exchange or returns items. This employees lack of training gave a bad look at how the business runs from a customers perspective. I now have to take time tomorrow during a weekday to meet the owner while he is present and have him return my money. ***update*** I returned and they gave me my money back. I changed the stars to 3 from 1. Still an inconvenience i had to drive back."
