"Worst experience ever. I request to talk to the manager on duty this night of 07/19/2021 at 8:36 pm. When she came her words were that she only had 3 cashiers and there was nothing she could do. This is a pick time and it’s super important to have enough crew to serve costumers. That should be the priority. I asked very nicely her name and she refused to provide it . It doesn’t matter if you live in Hialeah or Brickell, a wonderful costumer experience should be the priority no matter what. I’ll escalate this until the top of the chain."
