"This is your typical Latin supermarket. Whatever you can't find at Publix you can probably find here from warm Cuban bread to tropical fruits. The only horrible part to the store is the fact that they have about eight registers and they only have one open....And the line gets huge fast and the people get angry very fast. My suggestion go with plenty of time and don't go hungry."

"It's what you would expect for a fresco. Not very clean, not the best customer service, no vegetarian friendly products. Unless you just want fruit and vegetables. But there's many deals go that's good. Over all feel of the place is more careless then it is at other windixies/ frescos up north."

"Poor customer service. I stood in line in the express line and waited my turn. As I was scanning the items I was purchasing there was a product that was not scanning correctly. I saw an employee was busy attending to another customer so I continued scanning the rest of my items and as i was ready to scan that product I requested for assistance since she was not busy then I asked for assistance. Before I can even explain correctly my issue an employee named Esperanza stopped me halfway and spoke to me in a rude manner and said the sticker was never going to scan (did not try to do it herself or input it manually) she continued to say aloud that I had two choices to walk myself to the meat department and replace it myself or just not buy the product at all that she couldn't assist me at all because there was other customers she needed to attend to. All of this was in a rude manner that even my 12 year old son asked me quietly why was she so rude. My response to her was if I can speak to a manager and she then leaves all the customers unattened to bring another employee. As I explain to the employee she interrupts me again and said yes that is exactly what I said in a louder manner. At that point I was mortified and asked her to please let me explain and she kept talking over me. I decided to not make any more of a scene than what she was making and walked out. I feel this employee needs to be trained on how to treat customers. I shop at another fresco on a weekly basis and never have I felt this mistreated. I believe as a customer service employee she represents the store and her representation for fresco y más is one that will have customers thinking twice."

"They should update store hours!!! They dont close at 12am. Came at 11:36pm today 07/15/22 and nobody was there and the store was closed. Horrible."

"This store is either very expensive or too cheap to believe. Just like the Winn Dixies in my city, but hispanic. I came to Miami to see my family. On Saturday, I decided I was going to get a little groceries for snacks and to complete the pantry for my friend’s grandmother. Fresco y Más was basically the only place that was open in the area, besides some gas stations. This location is 24 hours and I think that’s just amazing since I work overnight and it suits me and my family perfectly. Cashier wasn’t very polite."
