"I love Publix and shop here often. But it’s the only Publix you CANNOT get a sub or a wrap at! It’s always the same excuse. “I don’t know what you’re talking about” “we don’t have that” (even as other deli Employees are saying to that first employees face that the item IS outside and they can go grab it to make the sub, while replying angrily that they don’t have it). It’s like the people making the pub subs and wraps never want to put in the work or play dumb to not go out of their way to help people. As customer, it’s extremely annoying to have to drive an extra distance to go to any other Publix. At any other location, they always know what you’re referring to that you want made, always check the aisle before saying they don’t have it, and are always in a patient and good mood. This was the third experience over the past few weeks we’ve had like this and it’s solidified to just go to any other Publix when you need lunch/dinner… even though this one’s right behind the house!"

"Customer service employee, Marcia, super slow. Talks to other employees while there is a line. Customer’s should be taken care of before employees. I’m in customer care services and we always take care of customers first."

"I think this is one of the worst customer services that I have ever experienced. There was a manager named Giselle that made us wait around 30 minutes in line just to make a question. She was trying to “help” or acting like that. But she was being very rude with the customers including us. Taking forever to attend us. Honestly I would never think of going to this Publix again"
