"Imagine planning your Orlando vacation for your daughter's cheer comp, then your son breaks his leg, and is in a full leg cast. That was us. So immediately our housing plans changed. We needed a house with an accessible first floor bedroom and bathroom. Mark and Erin's home was our perfect match! Their communication was incredible and as a stressed out Mama, I was asking a ton of questions! As a Realtor for 19 years, I scrolled thru every picture, and read the details... From the moment we unlocked the front door we knew this home had every detail planned. The bright, spacious foyer was just the right space for all our shoes and hooks for our bags. The kitchen, while not overly large was just the perfect space for all my cooking. The drawers and cabinets were well stocked too! The dining room was fabulous for our family of 6 to eat in and still had space to move around! The living room has comfy furniture and a beautiful view to the pool/patio area! Two primary suites, and a pirate themed bedroom with bathroom and an amazing game room complete the first floor. The game room has the right amount of fun items to keep you busy for days! I personally loved that the washer and dryer were in there too, to get that job done while playing with my kiddos! Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms with bathrooms! The towels and linens were a super nice bonus, one less thing to pack or rent. The pool was delightful! The perfect temp, with clear water. The hot tub was a nightly treat after walking so much all day! A charcoal grill was an awesome touch! This is a beautiful well maintained home, located close to the community clubhouse. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation! We will be back! Hands down, you won't go wrong by picking this one!"

"Our big family of 8 stayed at the beautiful WellHome Parkside Vacation Home last summer and it was absolutely AMAZING! Plenty of space for my wife and I along with our six kids to enjoy, beautifully decorated, and with fun amenities! We loved swimming in the pool every day. The Windsor Hills amenities (community pool, clubhouse, and WATER PARK) were also a blast. While we were within very close driving distance to all the major attractions we wanted to see (yes, Disney included), we would have been happy just hanging out at the house together! We also did Disney together as a family and the WellHome proximity to Disney is honestly no contest. We visited some of the Disney Resorts that seemed further from Magic Kingdom in terms of the time it took to get there than our short drive from WellHome. The whole experience was amazing and we can’t wait to go back again!"

"This house was absolutely perfect for our group, plenty of space with 5BR and 5Ba. The pool, which was used a lot was very nice, had nice privacy and good shade when it got too hot. Mark and his wife were excellent hosts and I would highly recommend this to anybody I know. Very close to Disney with lots of restaurants nearby."

"Mark has been the most amazing and accommodating host. Information sent out clearly and efficiently. His home is the best we have stayed in whilst on holiday here in Florida. Clean, spacious, cosy and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Some days we wanted to stay at home rather than go out to the parks! The pool and hot tub are perfectly maintained and an added bonus, although the clubhouse with further amenities is a simple 3 minute walk from the property. I cannot recommend Mark and his home enough. We will 100% be staying here again on our next visit."
