"Rolling Ridge is a small, private, gated 55+ condominium RV resort. The common areas and community amenities are maintained by the HOA. Each lot is privately owned by individuals who pay a monthly association fee as well as special assessments as approved by the governing board. Common and private areas are not open to the public except as a guest of an owner, or by special invitation. Lots may be rented out by owners, when available, and renters are subject to the same rules and age restrictions as the property owners."

"A hidden gem of a 55+ RV Park 30 North of the Majic Kingdom. Lots are individually owned....but there are rental opportunities. Beautifully landscaped lots, friendly owners & numerous activities. We rented for the winter of 2018... But within a week we were looking for a lot to buy. Very happy we did."
