Clermont Cabanas is a charming vacation rental located right on Lake Minneola in Clermont, Florida. Just 25 miles from Orlando, our two 450 square foot units offer a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area. Situated in Downtown Clermont, guests can easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The South Lake Trail, part of the Florida Coast-to-Coast trail system, is just across the street, providing a scenic route for walking and biking along the lake to beautiful parks.
Overlooking Lake Minneola, Clermont Cabanas is a new addition to Historic Downtown Clermont. Guests are encouraged to relax on the spacious front porch with rocking chairs, enjoy the lake view, and witness stunning Florida sunsets. Our hand-built pergola is perfect for outdoor grilling and socializing. The Cabanas are designed with a Key West touch, offering a tropical vacation vibe in Central Florida.
Rates and restrictions vary based on peak season dates, with discounts available for weekly and monthly stays. A pet fee applies if bringing a furry friend, and a one-time cleaning fee is added to all reservations. "We went to the Cabanas for a destination wedding in Orlando. The Cabanas were perfect for us, just the right distance to Orlando and surrounding areas. Cabanas were clean and tidy, comfy bed and a kitchen that was fully usable. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance, and let us NOT forget the SunCreek Brewery!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Nicky and Sharon, they took care of all our needs in a timely manner. All in all, when we go back to Florida, it will be to the Cabanas again! I fully recommend the Cabanas for a great vacation spot. Oh and the view of the lake is great too!!!!"

We love the location — steps away from Lake Minneola and walking distance to some awesome restaurants (one of our favorite is Los Reyes Mexican Grill — the Chili Verde Burrito is a must try). Aside from the great location of your Cabanas, they also served as a wonderful transition place — while waiting for our escrow to close (waiting for our new home in Leesburg). If anyone needs a place to stay — mixing business and pleasure — the Claremont Cabanas will more than suit your needs. Nicky, hope you don’t mind, we are copying some of your dish-ware styles — to have in our new home as well. Everything felt so comfortable staying at your Cabanas. "Amazing service and an incredible place to stay! We literally felt like the place and town were all actors trying to make our stay perfect. Historic Downtown Clermont is like idyllic America, and the cabanas are right within walking distance of everything that is awesome. The inside of the cabana we stayed at (Verde) was exactly like the video they have posted (everything looks brand new). Communication from management was incredible too, as we received many recommendations of places to check out, and a timely one about a block party."
