"Did the presentation with them and were told over and over that there were no obligations. That may be what they say, but when you begin to decline, they are like blood thirsty piranhas. The lady that gave us the presentation was nice and decent but the manager, wow! If we were not fully convinced, she definitely did the job of convincing us NOT to buy. Terrible attitude and she basically told us to never come back. Well, thank goodness, because we never will be! It's sad that based on her nasty attitude we have to give this place such low ratings."

"I only stayed 1 night and it was fine for that. What I found REALLY ANNOYING is that a staff member called my room at 9am, woke me up, to remind me that checkout was at 11. Yeah, I was told that at check in and it's on the brochure I was given at check in. I could see if it was past check out and I was still in the room but to call 2 HOURS before is ridiculous."

"HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!!! The service was very disappointing. To be honest that is an understatement.... starting from our arrival the disorganization of the facility was evident. Upon entering our room not only are the facilities out dated but they are falling apart. The bathroom is extremely uncomfortable- the shower has no pressure and barely any water leaves the faucet. The sound proofing in these rooms are nonexistent- we were burdened with both the room above and below as they were being loud and sent sound complaints about each other and us, even though all we did was walk and sit. But the worst part of our experience was a timeshare reservation we made - the representative CARMEN was extremely pushy,rude, pedantic, and went way past the promised time of the presentation (when everyone knows that time in Disney is always ticking in order to take advantage of the time) and she insulted our party multiple times. This left such a sour taste in our mouths that if that wasn't enough when we refused the offer the next representative, an older woman insulted me to my face. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a stay because this was horrible. There are many more affordable and comfortable hotels."

"Ok place Breakfast very simple; small sandwich, coffee and few more things. They need to update the rooms and also clean better the rooms. Overall is about how much you pay per night and but if you need a place to just stay and sleep can be good. Also is $36 resort fee per night. (Pay at front desk check in)"
