Thousand Trails Orlando

"Being within earshot of the disney parks I expected lots of kids. I wasnt disapointed. We counted up to 30+ playing football behind our rv. Not excessively noisy though. I think a lot of families rotate through the thousand trails system here. Park itself was excellent, staff great and friendly. Grounds are well maintained. Definately will stay again..."

"Tammy Sue is the best!!! Tammy Sue escorted us and our two friends with all our large 40+ foot rigs to sites that would accommodate us all. She tried to get us all within the same section and she did just that. She was so sweet and so kind to us all. Tammy Sue deserves a raise and is one of the best people we’ve encountered at a Thousand Trails since having our membership. We’ve been members of TT since March 2022. The campgrounds are nothing too fancy, but they are great for community and hookups."

"This place has everything you need. Plus- it is clean, very well maintained, they have the check-in process down to a science. They have a no kid section. Yes, thank you, Lord. I have 4 adult children and 6 grandchildren, but on this vacation, we didn't want to be close to kids. They have a mini putt putt, pickle ball area, basketball ball area, outdoor activities, indoor activities. This place will not disappoint. I have nothing negative to say."

"My family and I have been coming here for years because we have a membership. Getting a membership feels like being in a sleazy car dealership but if you camp a lot it does come in handy. This particular location is extremely hit or miss. Sometimes it's wonderful and sometimes I wish we hadn't spent so much money on the membership. For example, the water main is shut off REGULARLY. That means, no water at any site or even in the shower houses. This has happened to us at least 5 times just this year. Though they have some of the best and most polite staff it seems like they only allow the "not so polite " staff actually converse with guests. We met 2 of the nicest staff members at the activity center one night (they were closed but still talked with my wife and I for almost a half hour) but every time after that there was a woman in there that truly hates her job or at least that's the way she comes across. The lake is beautiful and a spectacular place to watch Disney fireworks and for the most part the park is well maintained. Lastly, don't expect to ever get someone on the phone at the front desk. Out of the 20+ times my wife and have visited I've only talked to a human once. Recently they "updated" their phone system and now it's even worse than just getting the answering machine before."
