"My experience here was fantastic. Even signing up for lessons was efficient and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Coach Kayle. I am 68 years old and never learned how to swim. My goal was to learn to swim freestyle and how to breathe properly! Missions accomplished, and I look forward to practicing what I've learned in the coming weeks. I can't thank Coach Kayle enough for being not only professional, but efficient and patient. Coach Kayle helped me feel comfortable and competent in the water! If I'm ever back in the Orlando area I will sign up for more lessons. I could not be more satisfied."

"I am shocked at some of these reviews. I refer all my neighbors and friends. I was a professional swimmer and swam all through college and Olympic trials. I coached for over 10 years. I think this program is amazing. I think the program is very special. It’s hard to teach kids how to swim. Unfortunately kids all learn at different paces. My son learned super quick my daughter it took her a whole season just to move up a lane. I have seen where kids are not nice they bite the coach, scream and are very difficult and the parents have done nothing. To me that’s not acceptable! So when coach is stern it’s only to save your kids life. Please do not go off of what the negative people are saying. This program is great. The instructors are awesome and caring. Coach really cares she has been doing this for over 25 years. My thoughts are if you don’t like it leave. Also if you think you can do better go open your own place or teach your own child. It’s your choice but don’t bash a program because you don’t understand how hard it is to teach kids to swim."

"All three of our kids have participated in Swim America and their swim fit pre team program. We couldn’t be happier with the programs and the results that our kids have achieved. Our oldest is currently a silver member of SLAC and loving it. Thank you Coach Kayle and Coach Alex"

"Both of my kids have been going to SLAC for about 2 years now and I highly recommend the group classes and private classes specially with Coach Kayle, Rachel and Magda. I see the reviews about Coach Kayle and I disagree with a lot of them. Yes she is straight up and firm with the kids because she has to be! The kids are inside the pool which is something that should be taken seriously and could be really dangerous but she is also really caring! My son adores her and he doesnt want to swim with anyone else. She is always interacting with him and trying to keep him entertained so he is not bored. My daughter was terrified to put her face underwater and we tried 2 different swim schools until we finally found SLAC and now she loves go to swim class! The reviews about her been racist is just absurd I'm Hispanic myself and we were never treated in any different way by any one in the staff!"

"Where to start. The kids who teach the sections are great. However, the lady who runs the program is a rude and unprofessional person. She’s always yelling at people and today she scream at me in front of all parents and my little one telling me my daughter couldn’t get in the pool because I had missed a payment. The payment was already scheduled for the next day and this was communicated to Alex B. Over an email, but yet, he was no help. I was not trying to get a free class or run away for an already scheduled payment, but these people are rude and unprofessional. This is without mentioning that my other daughter, a 3 year old is still scared of getting in the water after a single private section with the mean lady that runs this program. The first time my little one got in the pool this individual tried to make her float not realizing how scared my little one was of the water. Her technique or way of doing it was letting my little one sink and telling her this will happen if you don’t float. I stopped the section and took my little one out. I should had reported her then, but decided to give her a chance with my 8 year old. Like I said before, the kids who teach are all incredible and nice, but this lady… it is obvious that this lady needs to find another job that does not involves speaking to parents. I would never give them a dime of my money to them. If you can, seek a more professional program for your kid, I will advise you to. This is the worse!"
