Even though I was only in there to show, I was given the best customer service ever. I can tell you it’s the most friendliest experience to just stop by and look. "Love the atmosphere and their products look like they are built by craftsman. Joey took great care of us and had lots of patience, even when changed our minds on the set were purchasing about 3 times. As a retired chef I really appreciate the commercial grade stainless steel for it's longevity and being easy to clean. We purchased our kitchen with full leds and marine grade sound system. I opted for the griddle and smoker box too. I will post another review after delivery and set up. We were told 3-4 weeks for build and delivery. Really looking forward to making this part of our backyard oasis. Our kitchen is almost 4 years old and still love it."

"This review is for the shopping experience, I haven't received the outdoor kitchen yet but will update once delivered and used. Purchased an outdoor kitchen on Black Friday, had great experience with Brandon, who was knowledgeable and suggested a few options based on what we were looking for. We ended up getting one of the kitchens on sale, which seems to be great value. Brandon went over the contract and delivery details and the overall process was easy and pleasant. I will update my review after delivery and installation, hope my experience will remain positive."

"From the minute we walked into the Clermont, Florida location Brandon Flores gave us amazing service! From explaining our options to explaining their installation process. Everything was perfect. We knew we never needed to worry about a thing. While we were waiting for our space to be built, Brandon assured us that when the time came, they would be ready for us. We even stopped at the store a couple times to "visit" our setup in their showroom. He would sit with us and help us imagine what it was going to be like!! Now that our bar/grill is in, we can't thank Brandon and the staff at Paradise Grills enough!! Everything went exactly as he said.(Maybe better) The installation crew was fantastic and thorough. It was HOT that day. We made sure they had plenty of fluids and turned all the fans on High. They worked their butts off!! Amazing crew! A few hours after they arrived, we were sitting at the best piece of furniture in our house!! Our guests are awe-struck at how beautiful it is. Maybe even a little jealous.... I tell them that if you want to live in paradise, you need to own a "Paradise" Thanks again to the staff at the Clermont, FL Paradise Grills, and especially to Brandon!!
