"I had two La-Z- boy recliners for about 5 months , Leather went bad on one of the chairs . La-Z- boy is a lazy no help company buyer beware . Max the Manager at the Clermont Store stood up and took charge . He offered to take back both chairs and let me pick out any item at the same price I paid 5 months ago . If you are wanting to buy furniture go see the Clermont Fl. Badcock store . See pics The brown chairs are bad the Grey love seat is my newest pic Thanks Max I will stick with Badcock ."

"I would have given this review five stars if it wasn't for the fact that online advertisements and offers are not allowed in the physical showroom/store. It took an extraordinary effort from the sale woman, Crystal Cox, and the store's manager Max, to obtain the discount my wife and were offered online. Thanks to their efforts our new, beautiful living room sectional was purchased at an affordable price. We will go back to Crystal and Max if we need more quality furniture."

"Horrible customer service we bought a chair 2 years ago and the extended warranty, the swivel rocker mechanism fell apart it was cheap steel. My husband called the warranty department and they asked him when it broke and he said it started about 3 to 4 weeks ago and they said sorry you have to report it within 7 days and don't call back because this line is recorded. Never ever had a worse customer service. My husband called the manager of the store and he said to give him a couple days and he'll get with corporate and see if they'll fix it, he never called back, my husband called back in 5 days and he said he talked to corporate and they won't fix it!"

"We moved from Michigan almost two years ago. We bought the Badlands Loveseat and Couch, and purchased the warranty with it. The couch started falling apart within a year or so. Finally. it just became so uncomfortable and so 'broken-down' looking that we started to think about getting new furniture from somewhere else, being so disappointed in the quality of this couch. Then we remembered we had the extended warranty we had paid for. This was back in September. We called Badcock and were directed to go through some 'fix-it' furniture site. It has been a nightmare. I kept getting the run-around, then a month or so later someone finally came out to see the couch, after many phone calls from me. I got hung up on, blown off and just basically forgotten. When the guy came out to check the couch, he was nice and admitted it looked terrible. So then I started having to call again, not finding information very easily. Finally I was told a part had been ordered. Then, after I called again, I find out a part has been delivered to Badcock in Clermont, and that I need to pick it up. At this point I am just so frustrated and angry with everything I have had to do to get a 'lemon' couch repaired that Badcock sold us. So I call the Clermont location and explain, very kindly, how disappointed I am. The very nice lady there tells me how 'wonderful' the manager is and that he will definitely help me out. Nope... He called me back a few days later and tells me that they no longer make the couch or loveseat and that I need to come pick up the part. When I explain that one part won't fix it, and that the couch is sure to break down again, he replies, "Well, we will just see how it hold's up." Obviously we will never purchase anything again from Badcock. They do not stand behind their product and we now realize that the 'extra warranty' was a huge waste of money. Oh, and now that we have the part, which we needed our couch fixed or replaced by Thanksgiving when we have our dinner planned, we now find out that they won't be out to install the part and re-stuff the couch until December 8th. So aggravating and upsetting to know that this all started mid-September, and I have had to spend hours on the phone dealing with all this, only to be told I won't have my couch repaired until almost 3 months later :( On a side note, the pictures do not do the problems justice. The left side is much worse than it appears, with no support left at all in the left-back corner. Both sides are in poor shape, although the left is far worse than the right. The left recliner also no longer works as it should. they should have offered to replace this for us, and since they no longer sell this product, they should have offered us a refund or a similar new couch to replace it."

"Really friendly staff and they allow you to walk around on your own without a sales person peeking around the corner. Very refreshing. Nice selection of furniture as well as entertainment electronic products, home appliances, lawn mowers, grills, etc. Also a nice selection in their backroom bargain section. Worth a visit."
