"Some park models on our end, most in very rough shape. Basic services are present, but don't expect much else. Bathrooms are clean, 4 washers and driers all work and are reasonably priced, office is dated, rates are high for value received. Not sure we can blame all the clutter on Hurricane Ian."

"Demand for RV spots in Florida keeps old rundown places like this open. They don't need to be nice or customer friendly or honest. Online booking services can not be trusted either. They are typically too complicated for owner/operator to understand. That is how they over book. There is no risk for them to over book, just the customer."

"Mismanagement does not do it justice! This is a tired end of lifespan overpriced take your money and run place. This is not a resort! We were squeezed between two run down and should have been abandoned trailers. The place is nothing more than a trailer park with the locals having “smoking” parties in the common room from morning until night. Not to mention that you must walk through the ongoing smoking in order to use the restroom and shower. The men’s shower has only one stall operating. The handicapped shower was out of order. We were never greeted by the manager nor saw anyone working for the entire five day stay. There is not a real island. Overall the expense was not worth $100. Beware!"

"Plain and simply put these people are scammers and thieves. We booked a site online for 2 months. Even though Rover Pass (the online booking tool they use) says 50% deposit for that length of stay it charged us the entire $3248.67. Hurricane Ian hit that part of Florida and pushed back our arrival. When I called to let them know we would be late I was told Rover Pass had overbooked, but they would "find some place to stick me". I didn't pay all that money to be stuck somewhere so I called to cancel my reservation. I was told that wasn't a problem and they appreciated my understanding. A refund was promised but never received. I ended up disputing it through my bank. Rather than accepting they were in the wrong and paying my money back or leaving the dispute alone, they challenged the dispute. According to RoverPass' Terms and Conditions long term stays require a 90 day cancellation for a refund. My bank claimed there was nothing they can do legally. So I am out almost $3300 and the only recourse I have is to write this review and recommend you not book here, and change banks while I'm at it. Best of luck if you stay here. On to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint there. They get negative 100 stars."

"Reserved this place online so I could visit with my mother who lives nearby. She was in the hospital and we postponed our trip. Sent them notification two days prior to arrival. They cancelled quickly and wrote back to call to reschedule but no cash refund. I have been calling and emailing for two weeks and can't get anyone to pick up the phone, return a phone message nor respond through the rover messaging system. Do not recommend. Very poor customer service."
