"Rude staff! Yesterday I took my daughter bc she was sick, the nurse at the door with long black hair gave my daughter a sigh of inconvenience and gave me reluctant permission to join the appointment. She was clearly put out bc we wanted to be together. Another nurse with red hair rolled her eyes at me and rudely gestered me out of her way in the hall. These two nurses are completely unprofessional and completely insensitive to patience. I thought this was a family practice where they treated the whole person. My mistake!"

"Awful experience. The junior doctor was fired during my treatment for just basically being useless. Charged an absolute fortune for a “super blood test” that never gave me any results because they have to treat things one at a time with, would you believe it, generic prescription drugs. At least till they find one that doesn’t have any side effects. Greedy people. Should Sue him really. If that actually happens in the US."

"This is a no brainer 5 star review. I have been seeing this practice for almost 10 years. What attracted me to try Addam Masri was he served as an Airforce doc. What has kept me there is Masri medical is a unique medical practice. Dr Masri is both bright and caring. A rare combination. He is able to manage a complex set of data and come up with solutions. His practice is based on people and not running the cattle through -- and his office reflects that. He will take extra time with a patient, demonstrates genuine empathy, and concern. I have also had great experiences with Aurora his PA. They are cut of the same cloth. They have been there when I needed them for the little stuff and the big stuff. Overall, my health has improved under his care, and he has caught issues others have missed."

"The nurse practitioner Laura gave me wrong results and told me I had cancer. I went in with pain in my foot and she had me do blood work. She then told me I had diabetes, high cholesterol, and a blood cancer and to mentally prepare myself. I got a decent opinion and the second doctor told me nothing was wrong. Laura had me thinking I had cancer when I did not. I do no recommend anyone to go to her. She is a terrible nurse practitioner and should be taking care of people."

"I did.enjoy the staff there but from my first meeting with Dr. Masri he insults me within the first 30 seconds meeting calling me a drug addict because I was on pain medication post back surgery and cancer not even knowing me or my circumstances; there were further negative interactions. What pushed me is a medicine I have taken for several years where my last GP and my new GP just wrote the perscription and that was it. He charges a $400 out of pocket "Concierge " fee for doing exactly what my other doctors did yet I had to pay this charge to get the medicine I have taken for years. When I found a Dr that would mange it for me without the charge/concierge fee I asked for a 6 month refund even though it had only been 5 months and I was refused. Although I was told this is a new industry standard I have yet to find another doctor that charges this concierge fee for this medication. There were a few other things but will leave at that."
