"My first visit I walked out. The front staff are very nice. I started my new patient visit with the Dr. and explaining how the current dose of thyroid meds were giving me side effects, was completely disregarded. Even thought I had blood work from Sept. It wasn't good enough I needed newer blood work. She wasn't willing to lower dose and just wanted to lecture me about a condition I've been dealing with for YEARS. I know my body. You may be the Dr. But you should listen to your patients. If I'm having heart palpitations from a medication, you should take that into consideration. I called back for my refund since I walked out, and was hung up on by the office supervisor. Please, do yourself a favor and just avoid this place."

"Went for my annual exam and labs were orders ahead of time. Appointment was a joke with minimal vitals and discussion about blood work results total appointments was less then 15 minutes. The kicker was they charged me in additional for my annual exam an extra appointment visit and labs were not coded for annual exam but for diagnostics. Asked for coding review and no changes. This place is fraudulent in its billing and doctors order unnecessary stuff to cost you and insurance extra money! I will not return!"
