"Everyone is Professional and Caring! It’s difficult at times, with the different types of scans and tests that are done, they sometimes bring on anxiety or nervousness even intimidation! Every time I have visited, I have been treated with care and concern as to what I might be going through! That, I appreciate!"

"Most unprofessional people running the day to day. Short staff for months, won’t answer phones, voicemail full, this went on for months. They still claim short staff , the marketing manager is in charge, no office manager. They called at 5:15 pm to cancel my appointment for tomorrow at 1pm, for a diagnostic mammogram, and refused to accommodate me to have it done and let the radiologist read it the next day , claiming their policy is he must be there. Adam the marketing assistant and front deak clerk told me point blank his boss Greg doesn’t come in ,but he was only a marketing manager and the proceeds to tell me no office manager and nobody but him to speak to. I would not recommend this place because if there’s cant keep Employees, not find any to replace, and use the same excuse of being short staffed, they are jeopardizing peoples health especially with being my 3rd diagnostic. I will say the lady who does the mammograms is super super Deserves to work at a better place. Editor that the unavailable Manager, marketing manager himself commenting here I could only reply by edit. The statement that Adam offered me next day appointment is a lie,as I was told the machine was broken and would not be repaired until Tuesday 13th of February. This occurred on the 8th, I also requested to speak to the Doctor in charge was refused, also told he was not there, the other reason I was denied to have a mammogram when it was my annnual, but as well a diagnostic. Also this man making a response never called me to talk about what happened but wants to tell you what occurred. I will be making a complaint with the DBPR, and any licensing entity. I also plan to complain with my insurance carrier which they are contracted with."

"Went to Emery Medical Apopka 2/6/24 there were three workers sitting at the front desk. Absolutely no customer service. I stood at the front desk for minutes without staff acknowledgement. Your 3 front office staff are rude and lacks customer service. I walked out and went to AdventHealth where I received exceptional service and got my imaging studies scheduled. Have your staff take courses in customer service and let them understand that without customer you do not have a business. I called my doctor's office and told them not to refer any customers to Emery Medical. You need to improve and treat customers the way you would like to be treated"

"BEWARE!!! PLEASE READ TILL THE END!! This place is very unprofessional and incompetent. On 12/29/23 my doctor left me hanging while I was getting X-rays and left. So I was rescheduled. I was given an appointment card with the wrong appointment day on it from what I was verbally told. I called more than 17 times to get clarification and no one would answer the phone. I had to get in my car and go all the way to the office. When I got there, the line was almost out the door, no problem. I patiently waited on line, when it was finally my turn a woman walks in behind me, and a receptionist by the name of Jasmin says “step to the side I’m gonna take her” with no explanation. I obviously got upset and said excuse me what do you mean? I’ve been waiting on this long line patiently all because no one will answer the telephone and now you tell me to just step to the side because you’re gonna take someone else?” Jasmin replied, in a very nasty and aggressive tone OK well relax yourself! She was here before you and I told her I would take her when she returned.” I replied to Jasmine don’t you dare tell me to “relax myself” you have no idea what I’ve gone through because of your error to start with! I told her that she is the one that wrote the wrong appointment card and the staff will not answer the phone so I had to come all the way in person to only be treated like this? She couldn’t even acknowledge her error and apologize. She couldn’t acknowledge that this started and ended with her mistake of the wrong appointment card. I told Jasmine that she’s not a professional. She should’ve explained that to me from the very beginning that this patient that walked in behind me was here before me, and she promised she would take her. But that’s not how she said it ,she just simply told me to step to the side that she was going to take that patient first with no explanation. That is what caused me to get upset. Needless to say, Jasmine, did not apologize for her behavior, she did not apologize for giving me the wrong appointment card. She definitely didn’t apologize for the inconvenience of me having to come all the way in person because the front desk staff does not answer the telephone. And surely didn’t apologize for domino effect that followed behind her error. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! To top it off, I was serviced by the receptionist next to Jasmin ,Alexa. To diffuse the situation, and no longer exchange words with Jasmine I asked Alexa for her name (the receptionist that was rude to me)? Alexa refused to give me her name. She said you can call my manager. Then I moved over to the reception next to Alexa and I asked her for the girls name. She too refused to give me the name. I even asked a male technician that was standing at the reception area with the ponytail. I also asked him for the receptionist name, and he refused to give it to me too! Unbelievable!!! You can be treated like trash in this place and the staff will cover for each other !!!! How can I report to a manager who just mistreated me if no one is cooperating and giving me the employees name? How can I report this to my doctor and make him aware of the way the staff is treating people if no one will give me their name? This place is a mafia. They will do messed up things to you and COVER FOR EACHOTHER. This place is unprofessional , this place is for people that don’t know their rights and don’t know how they should be treated as a patient. They lack empathy and compassion. I have been given a total run around and they didn’t even care. Stay away from this place. I walked out angry, and in tears! That is no way for a patient to be treated."

"Jazmin with the scheduling department was absolutely AMAZING. She was so sweet and helpful, went out of her way to get me on the schedule. Overall she made the whole experience so wonderful. Highly recommend using Emory just for her customer service alone!"
