"Although this place has bad reviews, I would like to praise this employee named Keke. Originally I made an appointment to get my blood drawn and I didn't know I had to fast. Trying to find an appointment in the morning was impossible but Keke was super understanding. She told me come in at 6:30am and she will take care of me. She continue to do so for the glucose lab I had to do. She was super nice and gentle drawing my blood. I believe she deserves some type of recognition. I'm pretty sure if I had someone else, they wouldn't have cared. Thank you so much for making this appointment incredibly easy going for me."

"Very disorganized. I don’t think I have ever had an appointment where I was seen any earlier than 30 minutes after the appointment time. This location needs some serious help. Customer service is extremely lacking as well. They literally just stopped putting a person at the front desk. They probably got tired of hearing how horrible this location is. I don’t know why I keep thinking this location will get better. I have to stop making my appointments here. This is not a Quest problem. It’s this location. I go to other locations and it’s not this bad. Sure some have bad days but this location is all bad days."

"They don't have customer servics. In the photo you can see, many people waiting and no response, I asked for half an hour at work for my appointment at 1.40pm and they attended to me at 2.30pm. I wonder why I make an appointment? They are rude and not kind. I visited other Quests on Orienta Ave. and in Lake Mary and they are great but I don't recommend this one to anyone."

"This place is an actual disaster. 3 mornings in a row I have tried to be seen and they either aren't taking walk-ins because they are short staffed or it's a 3 hour wait. It's also impossible to get an appointment if you need a short turn around, especially if you need to fast before your test. Don't even both wasting your time here."
