"The staff in this place is absolutely incredible I avoid going to urgent care because I never get treated properly but OMG everyone was extremely personable , as soon as you walk into the door Shantel welcomed me with a smile and was extremely nice and explained everything , wait was very short almost 3 minutes counted , also the nurses cared very much and were very detailed with me . Love this place"
"I walked in feeling miserable and the staff and doctors not only made me feel better right away their sympathy towards my misery was out of this world. So nice to see staff doing the old nursing medicine style, care about your patient no matter what. I was in pain and he acknowledged that. Thank YOU! Blessings to all. "The front desk staff greeted me as I walked through the door. They were super friendly and genuinely asked what brought me into the clinic. She quickly gathered what information she needed and had me headed to the back just as quickly. The back staff was no different, Kumarie very quickly made an assessment of my injury and in detail reviewed a few treatment options with me. My choices were clearly explained which made it an easy decision. Ultimately a visit to the ED was needed but I still couldn't have be happier with this experience. The treatment plan we reviewed was exactly what I shared with the ED staff and exactly what was done. I wish all facilities were as efficient and friendly as this one. Thanks to Kumarie's quick assessment and action not only did I feel better but I also felt more at ease. A big thanks to the whole team, probably one of my best experiences."
