"Only giving it two stars because the tech who actually performed my ultrasound was awesome, otherwise it would be negative stars. Everything from there on out has been awful. I did not receive an itemized receipt with codes, so my insurance will not accept it for an HRA. I have been calling the billing department for a WEEK, waiting on hold (over an hour), entering my phone number for a call back (never received, entered my number on at least 3 occasions). Finally someone at the front desk gave me a direct number for someone that isn't even involved in billing but she went and spoke with them and got me through to an actual person.. Just for them to tell me that they've adjusted my bill (which was paid at the time of service) for an additional $77 and they can't give me an itemized receipt but they can escalate my request. What???"

"The entire outpatient imaging department across the whole of the system has displayed such incompetence I no longer recommend them my patients or my family. Lost orders that we confirmed the day before, to delays in results, having patients come in to wait on a machine to get fixed, lying to patients, and even refusal to fulfill orders. This system started spiraling downward when Rob Fulbright died and never recovered. Doesn’t matter how many placards you stick on a billboard, if the patient level care is poor that is what the community impression is."

"THIS HAS BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH ADVENT HEALTH. THE WAIT TIME IS AWFUL . AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE AND WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE TOLD THEIR WERE NO TECHS TO DO TEST. THE BLAME IS PASSED FROM ONE TO ANOTHER. AWFUL INCONSIDERATE OF PATIENT. SINCE ADVENT HEALTH TOOK OVER ...THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE"

"Worst hospital I’ve ever stayed at. Not only am I still currently here with out being explained why on my 3rd day but I have two ivs in me one of the nurses came into my room @5am trying to pull blood out my arm while I was asleep she couldn’t so she woke me up and stuck me with a needle in the most angry way. She then told the other nurse who was picking my tissues that fell off my bed on the floor don’t pick them up I can do it it’s not a childrens wards . With out any notice they’ve gone through my belonging and have harassed me on crying when I’ve been in mental anguish since my child’s father passed. Most inconsiderate hospital I’ve ever been to"
