"My experience was great! I loved that this location is open late because of my work schedule. I was able to get an evening appointment and did not have to use any PTO. I arrived on time for my appointment and everything went great. The techs in the front were good but Rebecca in the back exceeded all my expectations. For one I was nervous and the whole time she reassured me through the MRI. She explained everything and talked me through the process. This location is awesome!"

"Give Tati a raise and an extra paid week off for maternity leave, because you don’t wanna looser her!! With the decrease in the radiology workforce keep the good and hard workers around!! You can’t replace talent and compassion with just anyone!! Tati is someone from start to finish made me feel comfortable, and with the test I had that’s saying a lot!! She was great!!!"

"Great staff! My husband and I had MRIs at this location. They were able to squeeze my husband into their schedule for a better time and treated us both so kindly! The front desk associate was super sweet and the MRI tech Chris was wonderful! She played great music during my MRI scan! I would definitely recommend this location! "Second time at this location. Both times, Ashleigh was at the front desk. She greets you and is very friendly. First time was in January 2023 for a thyroid ultrasound. Second time was yesterday (Saturday 12/2/2023) for MRI. 1) I love the location. It’s less than 15 minutes from my house. 2) The hours are WONDERFUL. Being able to come on a weekend to get the MRI done was perfect. The thyroid ultrasound that I had done back in January was on a Friday late afternoon. I like that they’re opened until 11pm on the weekends and 8pm on the weekends. 3) Staff is friendly and patient. For the MRI, it was my first time so I was nervous. I had Adriana and she explained everything slowly and made sure I understood. I was calmed for most of the MRI but I did start getting a little anxious towards the end of it. She was proud of me for staying still and when I told her I was getting anxious towards the end of it, she suggested that if I ever have another one, that I can request to have like a countdown so I know when I have 10 or 5 minutes left or something like that. I liked that suggestion! I am claustrophobic but seeing how wide the machine was and just seeing how she explained the process and everything, it made me feel okay even though I started getting anxious towards the end! So thank you, Adriana!"

"Am disabled veteran referred here for an MRI. VA sent me to the wrong address among the facilities Advent Health has. I was what it seemed to be the main hospital. The hospital looked new, pretty and clean. Immediately I was registered and instructed as to where to go. The employee at the reception of the imaging department was very friendly and helpful. She noticed that I was sent to the wrong place. Promptly she called the right place and got an appointment for the very same day. While she made the call I noticed that they had a trophy for being the best on service for patients. When I got to the right Advent Health Imaging center I was received by De and Ashleigh. They were also very friendly and quick to attend me. They were always happy. Like they enjoyed working there and also working with people. They are just right for the job. I was then attended by Andrew. He was as well friendly and very professional. He explained the whole process with a smile and interest. He was very careful to tend to all of my needs. Gave me all the information I could need. Paying attention to make sure that I was alright. Giving me the results on a cd for me to give to VA in no time. I recommend Advent Health Imagine Center and all of their facilities! Than you."
