"Horrible service for existing patients! 3-6 week’s waiting period to get in. The front phone staff especially Naila are horrible. No compassion or manners. They are so dismissive of patience needing assistance."

"Beware on their billing charges after without consent: I went in for a PHYSICAL only which I get one free per year from my employer, they are asking $20 co-pay because they asked some health questions. However they did not inform me they were changing the code on me as I was only there for my physical, I simply answered their questions. And so now I am asking for a second review from them. Highly unprofessional with this bait and switch. Will update with how this progresses."

"I’ve been going here for 11 years. I recently no longer have insurance and they didn’t want to schedule my appointment for self pay. I finally got an appointment and then waited in the waiting room for an hour and fifteen minutes and never got called back. I said something a few times and still nothing. I eventually left as I can’t wait there all day. I guess they won’t see people without insurance there."

"Those office has been my primary care doctors for over a decade, even before they became Optum. I've always been treated very well as a patient & as a person. They are attentive, professional, and provide amazing medical care. My health issues complex and difficult but they always find a way to help. They have 24/7 emergency phone services available. There are several doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, all able to help you with what ails you. The staff is wonderful, competent, personable & always on point handling paperwork, referrals, etc. They have an app to help contact them for Rx refills, questions for your provider, access to your records & more. Highly recommended."

"Today when I went in for my yearly wellness exam it was a whole different experience. Previously I would have agreed with some of the negative review but it is very clear some changes have been made. The front office staff who checked me in was professional and friendly. The office was not full of waiting people which means appointments were being taken in on time. I was called into my appointment right on time asked all the relevant questions by the nurse and saw Jennifer Hart the nurse practitioner. She asked me more questions and probably did a more thorough exam than any doctor I’ve ever visited there over the years. She was fantastic. On checking out , the front staff were so efficient in making sure no one was waiting and everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. Latoria helped me and was so friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. She even looked up the address to a location to get my mammogram ,which is something she didn’t need to do. The staff and doctors seem to consistently change here and I never seem to be able to see the same person regularly over the years , so I hope they will be able to keep staff there. I did not encounter one person here that didn’t seem happy and everyone seemed to be going above and beyond to make sure patients were taken care of. I had been looking to switch doctor’s office due to just a lack of being impersonal but after today I feel a total change in opinion. Hope this continues."
