Ability Rehabilitation

"Just started using this facility for rehab of my left knee. What I like about this place is that the therapists only see two people at a time. I have been to other places in the past where one therapist had to help three or four people at a time and didn't have much time for one-on-one care before going on to the next person. Everyone seems to know their job really well and they take great care of you. They give lots of encouragement as you make progress. I really am pleased with all of the staff. Getting appointments that worked for my schedule was pretty easy. Highly recommend."

"I had to have therapy on my shoulder to keep from having surgery. My therapist, Dana was very in tune to my needs. If I was in pain she would stop and try to modify the exercise to meet my need(s). The ladies at the front desk are professional and helpful as well. I love this place! I have recommended Ability to many of my friends and will return for more therapy when it is needed"

"The therapists and staff are great! I have had therapy at other places in the past and I have to say these men and women are some of the most caring and concerned people I have met. They were quick to answer questions, offer encouragement and help with a plan for when therapy was "over". Because of my crazy schedule, I saw several people there. The office staff bent over backwards to schedule and reschedule me as things came up, with incredible professionalism and a smile. Would definitely recommend and if I need therapy again I won't go anywhere else!"

"Great place for physical therapy if you can get inside the place. Only complaint is new location. It's now in a very congestive, busy location in a small plaza with 20 other businesses, in between several Apopka schools. Parking is horrendous to navigate with tight corners, compact parking spaces & impatient people that fly past you as your backing out. Once you've parked, hopefully you don't have a knee scooter or walker, ect because there's no room between cars. Now you have to walk quite a distance, on an incline up thru street because there's no sidewalks all the way to front corner of building. Then you have a very steep incline up to front door. All this is tremendously difficult if your rehabbing any part of your lower extremities. I sure do miss the old location!"
