"Dr Behani is a great Dr. but it's very hard to get someone on the phone or even get a response to a voice-mail. I tried for almost 2 months trying to get someone on the phone as I was trying to get a refill on my son's prescription. I left voice-mails requesting the refill or an appointment if one was needed. No response for over a month. I planned on going into the office but decided to call one last time. I was able to reach someone and I asked what was going on with the phones.she said she wasn't aware of any issues. I explained how long I've been trying to contact them and she confirmed there was a message received in August requesting a refill or appointment. Just no one responded to me as of yet. My point is, being that Behani is my son's primary care physician I should be able to reach someone or at least get a return call. It's very unprofessional in my opinion. I know there are staff shortages and such but almost 2 months of no return communication is absolutely ridiculous. Please do better. She is a great DR. But customer service is also very important."
"I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Behani. Not only is she sweet, kind, knowledgeable, but so is her staff. As a first time mother I have been overwhelmed, worried, and very inquisitive. And she has been such an asset to my daughters life. My daughter was born during Covid and even with the changing in office visits the office is always clean, the nurses and front desk are always helpful. I don’t feel like my daughter is one of 100 patients but an individual."
