"I do not have insurance through cobblestone. With that said I reached out to get an insurance crisis solved it’s a long story but something that has been a mess for a few months. Maria talked me through a B plan that would best benefit me . Reached out to a friend that knew about the insurance company i am currently with and brain stormed to solve my very stressful situation. No benefit to her or cobblestone. She listened to me and was insistent on helping me. This is so rare now a days. I’m still in awe at her"

"This agency took advantage of my elderly blind mother and left her uninsured and wouldn’t cover her claim. Danielle and Janet are the absolute worst people! They did nothing but lie, her renewal sat on the desk while Danielle was on spring break and nobody bothered to help her. Numerous calls my mom has made that have gone unanswered and no return phone calls. I will be contacting and reporting this company for elderly abuse and abuse on a disabled woman!!"

"Completely useless. While a client with Cobblestone, I had a roofer file a claim against my insurance which they had no legal authority to file. I immediately called Cobblestone and the insurance company to express concern regarding the fraudulent claim - I was assured by Cobblestone it wouldn't cause any problems, and to simply allow the claim to be denied. Now I'm being dropped by my insurance, and while I called Cobblestone repeatedly *months* in advance when I received the initial non renewal notice, Cobblestone never got back to me at all, and now with only a week of runway on my current home insurance policy Cobblestone finally saw fit (when I again called them) to inform me that they can't help me obtain a new policy because there are multiple (denied) claims on my insurance - one being the fraud I called about the day it happened, and another nobody can even tell me how or when it was made. Cobblestone's recommendation to me was to go to another agency - which I'd call good advice, except it not really taking a rocket scientist to realize it's my only option."

"I joined Cobblestone Insurance Agency on March, 2009 and I immediately realized that I was joining a family.. Almost all of my co-workers have been working at Cobblestone for over 10 years and some over 20 years, which makes me the newbie with only 6 years :). Paul (the owner) is very kind and generous with all of us, and he treat us as if we were part of his family. Our manager Janet is not any different then Paul. She is also very accommodating, understanding and a pleasure to be around.
