"I have been bringing my kids here for 14 years and slowly over the years the customer service has been declining. 3 weeks ago, I tried calling to get my son a sick appt and I had to call like 10 times because the call wasn’t going through. Finally I got through and got an appt but the Dr in Apopka, i don’t remember her name(small petite woman), she was so rude and she yelled at my autistic son. They have a new system and any medical history of my kids was deleted because they said they have input everything all over again, which was very frustrating! Fast forward to last week my other son was sick so again, my call wouldn’t go through after many attempts I gave up and switched to Hunt Club Pediatrics. It’s very sad because my kids were used to going there for years. Dr. Good was the best doctor."

"Very disappointing the Carr my sick daughter received. It felt like nothing more then a testing facility and if you did not test positive for anything they sent you on your way the person who is helping us had to have been a PA there’s no way she could’ve been a doctor was no help or comfort for how to hep my sick daughter."
"Was seen immediately after I signed in. Friendly and gentle MA and doctor. Loved the new patient folder with educational tips, guidance and medical recommendations. And most importantly this pediatrician is associated with Pediatric Associates that has on call 24/7 everyday medical providers through their virtual app"
"I have been going to Altamonte Pediatrics for over 15 years, always love the staff and doctors, but recently I took my daughter in for a sinus infection and saw Dr Beressi for the 1st time. I honestly was not happy at all with her. She spent a few minutes with us and tried rushing us out after wanting 1 hr in the room to see us, she didn’t bother asking if we had any question. She was not friendly at all and very rude. She did not recommended or prescribed anything for my poor child that couldn’t breathe, but just told us to continue using over the counter medication.Customer experience went downhill. Just very sad as all 4 of my kids grew up seeing the best, Dr Harris, Dr. Belton, Dr Good."
