"Do yourself a favor and find a PCP within Orlandohealth, Advent Health Network. What Anooja Phillips doesn't realize, is that Medicine is Not An Absolute Science it's ever evolving and changing and what cannot be done thru you can be done around you. My experience on December 28th would NOT!! have upset me had you not tried to be Rright and Self Righteous. I'm the patient at the end of the day, you could have put yourself in My Shoes for once !! I was only telling you what I was told. You're A Nurse Practitioner and Not an MD. If my specialists request a letter in Centerwell Letterhead for medical clearance and he's an MD !! What's the problem??!!Anooja kept going on and on about what they have been doing all along, as if I didn't know this already. She kept asking me about the surgery date, I explained to her I was waiting on a call from the surgery coordinator. So she clearly wasn't listening, it was more important to her to get her point across, instead of being empathetic towards me as a patient.I'm not responsible for what another provider says or does. Just because it doesn't line up with what you are accustomed to! Doesn't mean it's incorrect!! I provided my surgery checklist and she still questioning it? He's the surgeon!!!!! SMH. I don't have to worry about you upsetting me or Centerwell anymore period! SMH. As a result of the unnecessary interrogation, not only did I have an anxiety attack, I'm having second thoughts about this much needed surgery. SMH"

"I have been accompanying two of my relatives at their appointments with Anooja at CenterWell Apopka for a few years. They are a married couple, and the staff works with us to schedule them together. Anooja is attentive, thorough, and caring. She has helped them figure out the best solutions for them as they have gotten older. Anooja and several others at CenterWell have been available to guide us through several illnesses. Tatiana has been very helpful with keeping records and contact information updated. We appreciate all the care and respect from the staff at this CenterWell."

"I have never been so rudely spoken to at a Dr. OFFICE EVER. If they had paperwork to fill out in advance, I could have listed all meds, conditions etc. Instead I was interrogated. The nurse was rude. She spoke to me as if I was completely incompetent. Needs some sensitivity training. I needed refills. If I had stayed, I would have said something I regret. I had to explain 4 time which pharmacy I used. It was 1 mile away, evidently I was speaking a language no one knew. The word I want to use is Insolent, 'showing rudness or lack of respect.'"
