"You can never get an appointment when you need one. They want to send you to Windermere. They have lost labs and imaging and although I started going here for a one stop shop, they say they don't draw blood here anymore. Dr. Tedder is amazing but the staff is Not!"

"It is been a year since I started attending this clinic with Dr. Tedder as my PCP. I really love him because he is very caring. I was very disappointed when I learned that he will no longer be at this office. Anyway I was scheduled for an appointment to see Steven and when i arrived I could not find a park close so I checked in at 4:35 and was informed by the receptionist IN HER PAJAMA that I was 5 minutes late and would not be able to see Steve any more. Mark you, the waiting room is always empty every time I visit this office. I would like to see medical professionals who I can trust with my care. I really wanted to be seen because I had an issue that needed attention and i was schedule for a week out. IT IS SO SAD THAT IN THIS DAY AND AGE THE ONLY THINK THAT IS IMPORTANT TO PROVIDERS IS MY INSURANCE ID NUMBER...."

"What a great experience!! It all started with Tatiana the receptionist. She was very nice and welcoming. She was always smiling and upbeat. Then I met Maryanne the nurse. She was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The ARPA Steven Williams was a true professional and really took his time and did a full assessment. I didn't feel rushed at all during the whole process. It was a great experience altogether."
