"DONT COME HERE!!!!!!! You will wait forever at this place every appointment I have had here takes 1 hour to get to a room and maybe another hour to see Doctor. That’s with an appointment. If you value your time just find another place. Also they make you pay before you see the Doctor, I’m guessing that lots of people would leave after the normal hour wait so they get your money as soon as you check in like holding you hostage. Worst Doctors Office I have ever been to. Go anywhere else."

"This reviews specifically about Nurse Miko. I have nothing but nice things to say about the providers and office staff otherwise. When I called in for an emergency refill of a medicine I realized I was out of, that is crucial to my mental health, Nurse Miko was the least emotionally intelligent being I’ve ever met. When I explained what happened, she lectured me on not calling sooner. I told her, if I realized I was out of the medicine sooner I would have called. She talked over me and just started lecturing again. While saying she wasn’t lecturing. Like I’m calling for HELP because I KNOW I need this medicine. This experience honestly DISCOURAGED ME FROM ASKING FOR HELP. Cause when you’re feeling horrible and asking for help, the last thing you should receive is a lecture like you’re a 5 year old on something you already understand and told her you did. She was also exceedingly rude about the medication names. Because I knew it by the name was that was on my prescription, this wasn’t good enough and I should have been able to tell her both names the medicine goes by. When I explained to her that she was being cruel by lecturing me on not calling in sooner with such a harsh tone and 0 care of how I was doing at the moment, she said, “Sorry you feel that way.” Then said she’d talk to the doctor Monday and that’s when she’d get back to me. So I guess it’s bad enough to deserve a lecture, but not to care about what state the patient is in at all and it can wait for a while? Emotional intelligence and empathy should be things a nurse possesses and they were no where present in Nurse Miko."

"Went in for cancer screenings and other yearly things. Sent me to a quest for blood tests and then called me up repeatedly to set up an in-person appointment. Stated that they could not talk to me over the phone and that my Dr was requesting to see me face to face for test results. Charged me $35 for the appointment: to read me the test results that Quest emailed me weeks ago. Thanks. I had to miss another appointment for this too. Big waste of time and a scam. Offices like this who are billing their patients the insurance companies for nothing is why we have a healthcare problem in the country."

"Good practice. They do specialize in internal medicine but they will charge you for every single issue-if you go in for a physical don’t complain or ask questions. In the past they did not do that. It’s the charging practices I don’t agree with. It makes me not want to mention ailments because I am scared of the extra charges. I don’t want to go to the doctor in fear."
