"My initial visit was very off. I didn’t have a good experience with Stephanie Mirsky -PA. After carefully reflecting on my visit, it is obvious that she didn’t have my best interest as a patient. I didn’t feel like my concerns were properly heard. As a patient, If you are feeling pain and expressing your concerns to your provider, you shouldn't feel like you’re wasting your time and energy. I felt like my seriousness of my health concerns were somewhat invalid. However the ladies at the front desk are amazing as always. Unfortunately when I had to go back and luckily had another provider - NP Jasmin Jones. She was amazing, she listened to my concerns and communicated effectively with me as a patient."

"I wish there was a way to make it a negative star rating! The physician’s assistant treated me like my injury wasn’t a big deal! She wrote my 10 medications on the back of a gauze packet!! The physician was short and made it clear he was ready to go home and I was still there after closing time. That wasn’t even my fault! Then he said he’d come check on my injury but instead he said just send me home. He didn’t think I could hear him! Then when I started to get over it and started getting ready to leave on my own he told her to go check it. I told her no it was fine and “my bad” for keeping them after hours like a freaking pest or something. Then she saw my frustration and tried to be all nice and asked me to let her see my wound to see if the glue dried. It was unprofessional, demeaning, they didn’t listen to me or care what I said about my injury. Orlando Health is a fantastic hospital and should not be affiliated with this urgent care company by any means!!"
