"I like this location better. The staff is far more friendly and the doctors and nurses actually listen to you. Dr. Farrell is excellent and professional, while also being caring and compassionate. For the first time in a long time I am not anxiety filled at the thought of returning. Thanks to Dr. Farrell and his staff. They are a great team."

"It is a long wait, and sometimes I can't get through to them over the phone. That being said, this is an office for low income families so thank God they exist. It is not my first go to but I do not have a choice and the OBGYN has been very polite, educative, and good at what she does so I have no reason to stop coming. So, it is what it is when you have wait to be seen for a low cost but at least your getting good care. As for the comment here where some prego lady passed out due to a 'long wait'..that's a little absurd to use for the blame. I am also pregnant, 34+ weeks and have to wait an hour or so in lobby, then another hour or so in the room sometimes and I've never passed out. There is obviously some underlying medical something going on with that lady, you cannot blame a doctor office wait for that."

"Waited an hour with an appointment which was a total failure anyway. Couldn't see the OB-gyn, but we did SEE A PREGNANT LADY PASS OUT FROM THE WAIT. BRING!!!!!! WATER!!!!!!!! LADIES!!!!!!!! My wife was already distraught from waiting weeks for this appointment and we only get as far as the desk, then we see this woman start to go limp in the other booth. The desk ladies assure us that they're short staffed, it's not for lack of trying, so that would mean it was sheer luck a care provider was walking through the lobby to help that lady into a wheelchair."

"It seems that every time is they make a bigger effort to do a worse job then the previous time. From scheduling an appointment to see a doctor. Don't get me wrong doctor Dion is great. I think management needs to do a better job"

"This place is by far the worst place to get health care services! Each time I've had an appointment with them I've had to wait in the waiting room for at least an hour then at least two hours in the exam room! For one appointment they waited an hour before my appointment to call to let me know that the doctor wasn't going to be in that day. I have to ride for over two hours and 3 buses to get there! I'm already on my way by then! Then for my last appointment, I got there 15 min late cuz of a late bus and DR FARRELL REFUSED to see me after informing of my two hour ride and late bus. This is the same doctor that had me waiting for him for 3 hours at our last appointment! Go anywhere else because these people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!"
