"I’ve gotten food there before and it was fine but this time I ordered a side of mashed potatoes with NO gravy and I got my food and went home to find that I was given mashed potatoes with gravy, I order it without because I am allergic to something in the gravy and will break out in hives if I eat it. Then I tried to call and just kept getting the user busy message, I tried a couple more times and then finally almost 15 minutes later it starts actually ringing, only for no one to pick up. Not very happy and I’m quite disappointed because I usually love KFC but I’m very let down."
"One of the better KFC locations. The people are always nice. The food is good. The only thing I don't like is that their parking lot is worn out and landscaping looks super trashy. When I first moved here, I avoided this location for that reason alone. Once I tried it, it was good. Clean up the outside of your building. It looks worse than an Indian owned motel or convenience store. Seal the parking lot, pull the weeds, wash the outside of your windows and give the side entrance of your store a good pressure cleaning. Seriously....."
