"I went there store # 4249 yesterday and all the staff was in the kitchen just talking, a black guy was in the front, everybody saw me when I entered, but no one said hello or asked me if I need it anything, the black guy look at me with a very serious expression in his face like I do not want to help, he let me waiting like 10 minutes, he never say how may I help you, the others in the kitchen look at me, but also did not said how may I help.. Finally, others customer line up behind me and someone from the kitchen name Brandi came out of the kitchen and start helping me. Hummm"

"The last 2 times I have came to this location in the last month one of the workers has the worst attitude. Customer service isn't a suitable job if you don't like dealing with the public. At least this time she wasn't embarrassing a customer with her rude verbiage, tone and attitude. She contaminants the whole establishment with her unprofessional attitude."

"I came in today to save some money and use a coupon I had. The dude behind the counter didn't notify me that my coupon was for select subs and not the other subs. After I spent 17 bucks on a sub when trying to save some cash. They even added bacon to it and I didn't even ask for bacon. The dude behind the counter didn't seem like he wanted to be at work. He even tossed my sub to me and said have a good day in a snarky response. Last time I am eating at subway.. Wasted my money and didn't even get to use my coupon! What a shame!"
