"Placed an online order on the app. When I arrived I was told they had made bbq chicken instead of buffalo chicken, it would 6 minutes, I should’ve just demanded a refund and went elsewhere but I waited knowing that the other food would get cold. The guy actually used a long bbq type fork to pull the new chicken out of the oven before it made completely through. I won’t be back"

"Here’s my experience: I received a coupon for a free medium pizza. I went online to place the order, and because it was free, I added some toppings to purchase, and the total came up to four dollars for the additional toppings, and then a delivery fee of six dollars. So, $10 out the door. They would not let me order it unless my order was $20! So, the “free“ pizza, is such a scam your “free“ pizza is going to cost you $20 I will never order pizza From Domino’s again! I even spoke to Andrew at the store and I’ve ordered there for years, and he said that nothing can be done! Poor business!"
