"Ordered breakfast with mobile app, drove over and waited in line from 10:30am to 11:03am where I finally reached the window and they said it was after 11am so my items were unavailable. Then told me if I'd like to order something else I was welcome to go back through the 30 minute drive thru line. Yeah I'll pass. If I'm ever in the mood for McDonald's again I'll just go a bit further to the one by 75."

"This is the worst McDonald’s. Everytime we go through the drive through they forget something or we have to wait. They are rude and when asked to speak to a manager she just look dumbfounded and did nothing to resolve the issue. McDonald’s is McDonald’s but still should have a higher standard for quality and service especially since the prices are much higher now."

"Had a hospital visit around 1 in the morning on 10/6 and decided to go to McDonald's in Dade city to me and my husband some food before we headed back home to Webster fl which is 45 min away to realize they had messed up my husband's order and then try to call to speak to a manager about this and no answer and now my husband has to figure out another option for something to eat. Very unsatisfied and not a good way to keep business"
