"Been ordering for years, since they opened. Always been great until tonight 1/5/2024. Driver can't find my address. Really? Called location, manager says driver is at my mailbox but there are several "trailers" and they don't know which one to go to. Meanwhile, I'm at my mailbox and there is no driver. Plus, I don't live in a trailer park. Goodbye Marcos and take your rude and nasty manager with you. Great food but very rude and poor customer service."
"Today I made an online order for my wife and I. Something got messed up between submitting the order and what I received. I called and Phillip the GM answered. Not only did he apologize he took the time to figure out what happened and made sure I got my missing items quickly. The pizza was hot fresh and delicious. "If I could’ve gave this place a zero, I would have this Marco pizza is located in Dade city Florida. And because of the manager, Mrs. Aaliyah, if that is her name, refused to give me her name and hung the phone up on me. After I said, I was gonna call corporate on her. Very rude very unprofessional and just kept asking is that it is that it is that it is that it is that it and just being real rushy we were spending almost $50 on S extra large pizza and 18 wings. But because of your actions we call Papa John’s and she didn’t even want to cancel our order after we asked for our order to be cancel the manager of the store, Aaliyah. Very unprofessional."
"On 7/2 around 3pm I went with a friend to get some pizza. The guy with blue eyes in the front was so kind with my dad who hardly speak English. He even brought the food to our table and suggested how to save on the order. Super kind people and great customer service! All fresh, all amazing."
