IHOP

"Went today with my family on this special valentines day. We had a horrible experience, the waitress forgot her little book where she writes down the orders,so unprepared. My husband orders sirloin steak with grits and 15 mins later the waitress comes back and says oh sorry we are out of steak and grits,and also out of sausage for my meal to ugh. So he orders hash browns which he gets it after he finished his meal which is silly. The waitress also forgets to bring me creamer for my coffee so my husband had to get up and go hunt for creamer from another table and on top of that she leaves an empty coffee container at the table gzzz plus I asked for extra napkins and she kept forgetting to bring it. On top that I told the waitress not to put tomatoes, onions, on my sons cheeseburger and of course she didn't listen after telling her twice. Waitress left the food on table after it was made and we waited another 20 mins for her to bring after seeing her ignore the food. What I didn't like was that she stack the food on top of each other which was unsanitary gzz plus pancakes taste not great. I ate the food because I was hungry and didn't want to argue about it. This Ihop really lacks inventory of food, they should be writing down what they running low of not wait until a customer orders and realize they are out, needs waitresses that know what they are doing with better communication. Better service, it seem more like a waffles house quality which sucks big time. On top that I almost got charged for something I didn't order, thank goodness I check my receipt. I know I won't be coming to this Ihop anymore."

"If you don’t expect anything other than what they are known for food-wise, you won’t be disappointed. Stick to the staples, and you’ll be just fine. The staff is doing their best to manage the situation to the best of their ability, which isn’t always easy because some of us, at times, can be impatient and cranky. I’ve been many times and have no complaints. Leah is amazing! She makes the whole experience worth it. She deserves a raise!"

"Was there is past week, out of Waffles and many other staple items. Service was very lackluster and then there was a large hair in one of our orders. Overall the place is dinghy and dirty. We got a refund on the meal with a hair but was still charged for the extras (mushrooms and avocado’s) that were added to the hairy meal. Very unpleasant experience. Can honestly say, we will never go back to this IHOP. This is nothing to review or get back to anyone about. Y'all see the condition of the store. Almost 50.00 for a basic breakfast meal for 2 adults and one child. Take pride in your store and actually clean it. The front door looked filthy and like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. If for some off the chance reason we ever go back to this IHOP. I will need to take pictures so everyone can see the almost unsanitary conditions."

"The food was not great at all. My husband ordered a medium well steak, and it came well over cooked with raw broccoli. To charge $18.99 for a meal, it should come made to order. They didn't offer to change it or take it off the receipt. Our bill came out to $84. All he ate from his plate was the wild rice, which he said was great. Unfortunately, that was the only thing that was tasty. However, the mozzarella sticks were really good."

"My wife and I went here last night for dinner. The service was fantastic and the food was equally amazing. Tara‘s friendly demeanor and calm collected attitude coupled with her attentiveness really made this visit beyond stellar. Everything was cooked perfectly and served at a good temperature. The milk and cookies pancakes were everything I expected them to be and I cannot wait to go back and get more during this holiday season."
