"We tried this restaurant yesterday and it was the most delicious food that we’ve ever had. We ordered the duck, ribeye, and salmon. Everything was cooked perfectly and it was extremely delicious! We have tried a lot of nice restaurants in Florida and places we travel, and I am also originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, and when I say this is the best food we have ever had, I mean it. We had crème brûlée for dessert and it was the lightest and fluffiest we have ever had. The prices were very reasonable for the 5-star experience. The staff were also very friendly and the bathrooms were clean. We are definitely coming back! Huge thanks to the chef and our server Dolce for the amazing experience!"

"Excellent choice for dinner. We had the duck, the lamb, the chicken, and the rib-eye for entrees. The duck was tender, juicy, and it had a perfect crispy outside. The chicken was moist on the inside, perfectly crisp on the outside, seasoned to perfection, swimming in a gorgeous luscious buttery mustard sauce. They still maintained firm broccoli, which I appreciate, all on a pillowy bed of mashed potatoes. The rib-eye was large and was cooked perfectly, tender and actually rare, which is what I ordered. A lot of chefs are scared to really go rare but this one isn’t. The lamb was falling off the bone with a wonderful complimentary sauce. The mashed potatoes were delicious with a creamy consistency. We also had the bistro salad which was great and the tuna tartare, which was as good as the server said it would be. The caramel apple cheesecake was to die for, the perfect level of sweetness , the apples were fresh, the crumb was delicious, the texture was so creamy! We were told it was made fresh last night by the chef’s 14 yr old daughter! And a shout out to Piper, our server, was delightful and very attentive. Love it! Will definitely be back soon."

"They were very busy when we arrived and we were treated to a most pleasant experience. Dulce, our server, was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. Food was delightful and plentiful. We had The Duck, The Lamb, The Salmon and The Ravioli. All were delicious. The staff all got together to sing Happy Birthday and it was very impromptu. I can tell they like their job and are truly good people. Well Done Le Garden. We'll be back."

"Stop what you're doing and go eat at Le Garden. This is hands down the best restaurant in Dade City and beyond. The atmosphere is very sophisticated, the service is top notch, Piper was extremely knowledgeable, personal, friendly and attentive. The food.. the food was unbelievable. The presentation was beautiful and the execution was perfect. We had the shrimp gastrique appetizer - highly reccommend. We also had the snapper - which was perfectly cooked. And the duck breat. Cannot express enough how amazing the flavors and cook were on every dish. We finished the meal with their lemon almond tart which was also superb. An excellent meal, we will be back and highly reccomend!!"
