"I'm a latin USMC Veteran walked into an empty store and employees just looked at me like I was interrupting them. No greeting just silence. They had a conversation among themselves while I ordered. The meats were not covered and the olives and onions were old. I paid and even gave them a tip. I spent $16.31 on a sandwich that made me sick! I thought racism was over but apparently not at Subway. I should of read the reviews. Racist too!"
"I ordered a Boss and a Black Forest Ham wrap. I instructed the person behind the counter to make it exactly as shown and described on the internet and to put mayo on it. There was no other questions asked. When I got home the wrap was ham and cheese. Nothing else. When I went back the next morning, the very rude manager told me the server was only 17 and didn't think like an adult.(meaning he didn't think to tell me he had no idea what was on the wrap according to the internet.) I will only go to Subway in the Bealls Plaza near Walmart."
"I will never return and when I said that to Tiffany her reply was "good don't want you" . I shared this with the hospital staff when I return with my wife sub. All of them said the same thing and why they go to Jimmy John's. Got back to office and told all people don't go there and I will spread the experience and how I was treated ."
"Not satisfied, sandwich was not made correctly. Way too much mayo and onion. Mayo was just squirted all over top of my spinach and I ended up with just mayo and spinach on one side coming out and chicken with overpowering onion on the right side. Sandwich makers need to be trained better. I get shortage of workers but don’t let bad sandwiches leave the restaurant. : ("
