"Ordered online for the first time. Fries were old and cold. My burger was good , just the way I ordered. My wife’s burger was ordered without mayonnaise, onions, or lettuce. The burger she got had lettuce and no tomato. More than likely not going to order here again."
"I went through drive thru and should have checked order before I drove away. None of my specific requests were followed. I ordered cheese slices on my hot dog, not there. No pickles added to my other sandwich even though the gentleman repeated all of my instructions."
"12/27/23 All employees I talked to where extremely polite and had great customer service. It was ten minutes before closing and still took my order with no complaints or attitude like I've previously dealt with before regarding other dive thru companies. I wasn't turned away by any of them. They all should get raises. They had amazing patience. I felt bad for going before closing but that's when I got off work and didn't have the time to eat at all today. GREAT JOB CHECKERS!!! "If you're a fan of good burgers, this is the one! If you've never had a Checker's burger, stop what you're doing and go get one. The staff at this one were funny and delightful and had me smiling. We sat at one of the outdoor tables and enjoyed ourselves and our burgers."
"We got two double fish for $6.50 Oct 2023. Drive thru worked fast. Wait time was 1 minute. Staff were nice. Cheap reused oil gave a burnt taste to fried fish. Sandwiches were dry. Applied sauce was utterly minimal. And it was too salty. Less salt, more sauce, fresher frying oil in the cooker, and a piece of lettuce might have improved it. My guess was there were unhealthy trans fats, high calories, and no fiber therein. People restricting sodium intake beware. Cheap burnt unchanged oil is a real concern. I can't say this one meal took hours or days off my life span. It's probably not even OK once or twice a year. Either way, I don't want to live forever anyway, decrepit with clogged arteries, and a destroyed gut from junk food. I don't know how to grade the alternatives when you're hungry, in a rush, on a limited budget, and in the car. There's got to be a better alternative."
