"I am very disappointed in this store. This is the 2nd year in a row they have not given me my pre ordered birthday cake . They told me they didn’t have it. This cake is very important to our family as our son died and we are buying his favorite cake for what would be his birthday. The young people working there couldn’t get a hold of the owner and didn’t know what to do. Unfortunately I left without my cake and will never be back again."
"I'm disappointed the rotisserie chicken bites have been discontinued. Other than that everything was good. Staff was super nice & helpful. Would have given 5 stars if they had what I really wanted. Was also able to pick up a Birthday cake when we left."
