"The customer service and speed of service has gone downhill in recent weeks. They used to be good but the past couple times I've been there, they've served customers at the speed of a crippled turtle. When I complain about it, I get responded to rudely."
"Food's great but there's two problems: One register is open and the other isn't. You would be able to take more orders instead of taking care of one customer at a time. Two is the timing. As soon as they see a order get placed,they should start prepping for the meal to be ready and served. If a general manager can get it done in the snap of their fingers,the co workers should too."
"These guys are the best! Everybody there deserves a raise! From the manager. All the way down to the staff. They have all been super helpful if I had any special requests. I'm serious these guys are great if you need to go to a Wendy's anywhere in Citrus County. I highly recommend this location."
"We just went through the drive through on our way home from Orlando. NO sauce that anyone ordered AND my daughter's burger has BITE taken out of it! UNACCEPTABLE! Think twice before going here!"
"I got the grilled chicken sandwich, and a sour cream & chive baked potato.The food was fresh and hot. Also the summer strawberry salad is great. You won't be disappointed. I just wish I could get this salad all year, but it's seasonal. The staff had a great attitude they were all friendly, and very helpful."
