"I recently ordered my meals from the Inverness location at around 10:30 pm the older woman working the window was conversating about personal home matters with another coworker and totally missed my hand with giving my change in return then just walked away I sat there until someone pulled up behind me then someone else came and asked me to move I said not till I get my change or the lady explaining why she ignored me so they left window came back with a huge hand full of pennies and said here you go . I was just livid cause she had a smirk on her face making me feel she was being disrespectful I'm not happy about this and something needs to be done ! This is bad business for this location"
"Sat here for over 30 minutes waiting for my order, which I ordered online. Girl inside kept telling customers to wait for up to 5 minutes at a time- could only take two orders at once it seems. Left me sitting at the window for 15 minutes with no response while the cars behind me were getting their orders and driving off (pretty sure car behind me stole my order). Very inconvenient. Never has a McDonald’s given me such terrible service ever before. Worst mcds on the planet. Burger also had heaping pile of onions on it when I only ordered a “regular” amount, not extra, and the fries were soggy with grease…."
"Food was a little over cooked but was still edible. Service was just so so. Cashier was sweet but needs more training. I am a former employee of a McDonald's so do know how service and food should be. But on the positive note . The employee was friendly. The women's restroom was clean. And the restaurant was very clean inside the lobby."
"I do delivery pickups and this McDonald’s should get 5 stars in ignoring people in their lobby. On average, I wait about 10 minutes for someone to just acknowledge me. With so many people up front, it’s amazing how good they all are at avoiding eye contact."
"The service here was great. The young man that rung up my order was polite and kind in the service he provided. When I was grabbing a straw, there was another young man cleaning up the area and he was also polite and attentive. Overall good service at this location. And of course my ice coffee was made just to my liking."
