"Our waiter, an older gentleman, was very nice and attentive. Our food on the other hand was not! My sons chicken sandwich was so over done it was a hockey puck, as were my daughters tenders from her chicken and shrimp basket from which at first she only received chicken because they forgot the shrimp. My husband ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich that is supposed to come with Swiss cheese on it, it was not on there. The lettuce was brown and wilted on his sandwich. When the waiter took my son's sandwich back to the kitchen area he said "this needs to be remade" and the one cook said "I know". If he knew I don't know why he would send it out like that to begin with. It's not like they were bombarded, there were three cooks and two tables occupied with people. We do enjoy coming here every once in awhile but this time it was not at all acceptable."

"Ordered from here a few times now. Every single time the food has been good. Lunch, breakfast etc. All meals have been great. One of the few places that knows what "extra crispy" means when it comes to hash browns"

"I stopped going there 2 years ago because they were adding a covid fee and today they tried to charge me $5 to share a meal with my wife. They said it's because of the Holiday. Their customer service is about as good as the cleanliness of the restaurant"

"Took my 70 year old friend there for her birthday. Food was cooked and set on counter waiting for toast. After over 8 minutes still no toast. Person making toast was confused reading tickets and putting appropriate meat from drawer and toast on plates. Cook finally assisted and 2 others joined in to help and we finally got our food. Unfortunately our food was cold. Upon letting them know, we were yelled at by server and owner/operator about wasting food, the price of food, and 3 people putting their hands on our food and declaring it was hot. My 70 year old friend whose birthday it was was horrified at the reaction and got up and walked outside. She never even got the soda she ordered until after the food arrived. The server did apologize and said she forgot. I now had three people yelling at me loudly in restaurant as the owner demanded I pay for a soda that was never even touched by my senior friend. I paid for the soda while being insulted loudly and proceeded to leave. I was then called over to a table that had just arrived as they were asking me about my husbands passing and how I was doing. Before I could answer them, once again I was yelled at again to leave the restaurant immediately. I never raised my voice during all of this. I then called corporate and lodged a complaint only to have the owner operator to call me at home and harassed me again. Terrible customer service and my church friends who came in were also horrified by the behavior in this business."
