"How's there my mother-in-law? Getting dinner for the family. A staff member was Are you getting with my mother-in-law about putting extra mayo on sandwich. Then, she argued with me that she had moved onto the next sandwich when I wasn't finished with one of the other ones. Anyway, I believe it young lady's name was Samantha. Hopefully, the owner of this Subway franchise will do something about this. And teach this youngster customer service."

"The lady's today were so nice my parents brought my grandma to subway for lunch after our hair cuts they lady's were so nice they were patient with my grandma and repeated themselves a couple times so she could hear and understand especially the nice lady with the purple in her I didn't get there names but thank you for helping my grandma."
"New associates? Took forever to get my order. I used the machine to order. Had my grandson with me. There was none inside but wanted to show him how it worked. Order was to go. Ordered a spicy chix sandwich for me and a KIDS chicken nuggets with fries and chocolate milk. He got spicy chicken nuggets and his fries were cold. Needless to say but as we were driving he asked why didn't we go through the drive thru. It had 6 cars in line and the car that entered the lot right before us was still in line?"
"BEWARE!!! I went to this Subway to buy 3 subs with a coupon for $17.99. I added extra meat on each of them, $3 each plus tax for a total of $28.81. I was never given a receipt. I was charged $34.33. After complaining a lady by the name of Tricia told me that I had left a tip of $5.72 cents. I had put $1 in the plastic box. Never would I leave almost a $7 tip for a so-so work. I told Tricia that I would send a complaint to corporate and she then said "whatever, go ahead, we are not a corporate store anyway , have a nice day!" NEVER AGAIN will they get my business!!!"
