"Horribly slow service way to much staff hiding in back. When they come out with food keeping eyes down to not have to service anyone. Took 18 mins just to get 2 iced tea and that's after waiting 15 mins for server. Don't know who is running this restaurant but obviously the staff truly are running it. Who allows servers to sit in back waiting for food standing talking , then hiding behind bar area talking. I went to find and address server so I saw first hand this practice and nobody directing staff. Get some real leadership and stop accepting less from your staff. You can just complain what I have written or actually fix your problems and thrive."

"I have not eaten at this Applebee's in a very long time because I always thought it was terrible, but my Daughter talked to me into giving it one more try... Never again!! We got the 2 for $25 special, My Daughter got the Chicken Tenders and she got three tiny little Chicken Tenders that truly would have equaled probably one in the real World. I asked our waiter about it and he was absolutely unconcerned about helping us so we just suffered in silence. I got Fiesta Lime Chicken, It wasn't the worst, but I substituted the mashed potatoes for the rice, because last time the rice was hard & crunchy, the mashed potatoes were much like glue.. so that was a no win... I also had to track our server down to get our check and then he didn't come back to get my card, my family went out to the vehicle as we'd been sitting there so long & my 3-year-old Granddaughter was getting antsy. I was sitting there by myself for plus 15 minutes, I finally got up and went looking for a Manager. I was finally able to pay my bill... No one said I'm sorry, as a matter of fact no one seemed to care at all... I'm not going back, I don't recommend it to you either!!"
