"Everything about my visit was enjoyable. The food was delicious and the manager, Riley was the sweetest part. She was knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind. She is definitely a huge asset to the company. We will be back again!"

"I had the Black Forest ham melt and for the size of the sandwich, there’s not enough meat. Another 50% portion might be appropriate. The restaurant is in dire need of an update. Many of the booth seats are badly worn and in need of recovering. The seat backs are stained and look like they’re overlooked with regular cleaning. The men’s room appeared to have more than a couple of days layers of grime on the urinal and sink areas. I won’t be in a hurry to return to this location."

"We stopped in on 12/28/23 around 3:30 pm for coffee & pastry. Every coffee tap was empty! We were told fresh was on its way out, not so. There were 2 lonely scones we thought we were lucky to get, not so. They were stale and dry. We searched for a clean table, we finally settled for the least dirty. The entire floor of the store was covered in crumbs and bits of paper. My friend visited the men’s room and said it was filthy, no toilet paper, dirty toilets. Obviously the store is not being well taken care of which will lead to their decreased revenue. Oh, we finally got our coffee when someone took our cups to the back to fill. They both had a good amount of grounds at the bottom."

"This place has went down hill from when it first opened here in Inverness. I don't know what is going on with the management and employees. I spent 30.00 on a sandwich, yogurt and a drink. I added bacon to my sandwich, and it wasn't on it. Last week, I ordered a steak sandwich with extra toppings, and it was completely wrong, The French onion soup had no cheese or croutons. That ticket was 60.00. I am supposed to be getting a full refund for the 60.00 order. I will not be ordering from this Panera Bread again."

"Noah you are not at fault personally, but for you to hold a title such as manager, you’ve got a long way to go buddy. You didn’t ONCE ask for my name, my order number, my address …. How were you going to refund my money which was your only resolution to my entire order being wrong? You never once asked for my information , you were very passive aggressive with the way you spoke. I as the customer should not have to call door dash and say “hey I know your driver didn’t do anything wrong, but can you send them back out on a tip less delivery to fix what PANERA messed up? I am a frequent door dash user and do not want the reputation of someone who does that. Shame on you Noah. Seriously, whoever trained you should be embarrassed for your lack of respect to the customer when it comes to situations such as these. Don’t worry about it though, I’ll throw this 50$ order in the trash and never ask for my money back because that’s the customer I am. You’ll just lose my business forever . It is so infuriating when your only resolution is “we will refund your money” . I ordered because I was hungry and needed dinner . Funny how your receipt says “ Accuracy Matters. If your order is not right, please let a manager know”. On the line where a signature should be for quality control, it sits blank. Thank you Panera for ruining my dinner and my night."
