"Management and maintenance are completely unprofessional. Unfortunately today I had the worst experience with management and the “supervisor of the property”. I was verbally assaulted by the supervisor who try to intimidate me. He is a coward and change his nasty attitude after I call the police. He didn't care about me being pregnant. He thinks that he can do whatever he wants like he owns the apartments, rude and so unprofessional. He needs some classes of how to be a supervisor. People in here get assaulted and rob and they don’t do nothing about. Because they think the most of Hispanics in here are illegal and like to take advantage. Dirty carpets, Mold bacteria, trash everywhere. Unsafe living conditions in this apartments"

"Management and maintenance are completely unprofessional and rude. i decided to move out they didnt want to give my deposit back, even though we did a walk, the manager and i and told us at the time the apartment was in excellent conditions the she will send me the deposit by mail and 6 months pass i never receive anything and i called multiple times with pictures etc. and they keep ignoring i decided to go by person they keep telling me to wait couple weeks , it has been 8 month now and they don't answer no more."

"The worst place ever . I live in apartment . This apartment has termites tunels all over the walls. I decide to move out and the manager over charge me one month. Just because i didnt give a letter 60 days before leaving. My letter was 49 days good just because i didnt tell them i was leaving the apartment 60 days intead of 49. They making me pay the 1 month extra of rent. My deposit was 775.00 dollars and they are making excuses not to return my deposit. All my freinds that used to live here said they also didnt receive there deposit. They make excuses. THIS PLACE HAS RIP ME OFF almost made me cry on how unfair they had treated me and rob my little money. ONE MONTHS RENT AND 775 DEPOSIT. "Worse place to live in! They have to come in multiple times to fix the A.C. The office staff are rude.. They want everything their way. All they do is sit around and not get things done. The speed bumps are horrible like no other.. The neighbors are great and everything! Maintenance people are lazy! No parking space at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Literally people have to park right in front of the cars, that's how crowded it is..You have to get lucky by getting a parking spot!! And if you don't get a parking spot you have to drive all around to find a parking spot! Way too many families, for a small community.. Where I lived zero bugs which is good."

"Management and maintenance are completely unprofessional and rude. They charge you for everything but never fix anything. I moved out with issues still being unresolved in my apartment. I spent several weeks without AC during the hottest time of the summer which clearly was not a priority to management. They blamed it on lack of a large maintenance crew, however they do not feel the need to compromise financially. If or when you finally do get maintenance to come they typically do a half job that eliminates the problem temporarily. If you're thinking of moving here don't!! It was the worst place I've ever lived."
